Chief Executive Officer - CEO
Mark has three decades of experience shepherding tech companies through growth, restructuring processes, and successful exits. As CEO of Longview Solutions, he implemented a turnaround strategy that led to its successful acquisition by Insight Software. He has also served as CEO at Core Security where he guided them to an exit to K1 Capital and was the President at Sophos where he led their scale up to be one of the largest private security companies in North America. He holds an MBA from Boston University.
Chief Operating Officer - COO
Anne brings to Tiugo a wealth of operational leadership and M&A experience. She served as CFO at Longview and Solarsoft, two successfully-exited PE backed rollups, while her foundational experience came from 14 years with Sungard Data Systems. Anne holds a BS from Boston College.
Chief Revenue Officer - CRO
Before joining Tiugo and overseeing the company's go-to-market, Scott served as a CMO for texting software company Zipwhip, and email API provider SendGrid - both of whom were acquired by Twilio. Previously, he was CMO at e-commerce platform provider Digital River and health management company WebMD Health Services. Scott has also held executive marketing roles at UnitedHealth Group and Target Corporation. He currently sits on the Board of the healthcare technology company mPulse Mobile. He has a BA in English Literature from the University of St. Thomas.
Chief Financial Officer - CFO
Rich previously served as the Head of Finance and Accounting at cybersecurity company SimSpace, where he built the function from scratch. Prior to SimSpace, he was VP and leader of FP&A for several PE-backed technology firms, including payment processing company EngageSmart and global publishing company Cengage Learning. Rich has also held various finance leadership roles at HealthEdge, BCG, Nuance, Constant Contact, McKinsey & Company, and IBM. He holds a BA from Babson College and an MBA from Bentley University.
Chief Technology Officer - CTO
Wiktor was previously CTO and President of CKSource, the Warsaw-based software company acquired by Tiugo in 2021. He started at CKSource as a Program Manager in 2007 and held progressively significant roles leading the engineering and product functions, all culminating with his role as CTO and President. Prior to CKSource, Wiktor was a software engineer at global website hosting provider Superhost. Wiktor has a degree in software engineering from the University of Gdansk.
