Tiugo Technologies Acquires ButterCMS

Boston, Mass. – [Dec 14, 2022] – (Tiugo), a PSG portfolio company offering a collection of market-leading API-first developer platforms in the content creation and digital collaboration markets, announced the acquisition of ButterCMS (Butter), a provider of headless CMS software tools and solutions for developers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Today’s announcement marks Tiugo’s second investment adding to their expanding family of brands. Tiugo believes the investment opportunity is underscored by significant market demand for tools to support content creation and collaboration.
